CONSULTATION & Booking
Let’s connect to learn about your vision, discuss your wedding date, and understand the details that matter most to you.
After, I will send you a fixed price contract outlining exactly whats included so there are no surprises!
A 50% Security Deposit makes you an official AED Bride and secures your date in our calendar!

LOGISTICS PREP
2–3 Months Before Your Wedding: We’ll meet virtually to create a custom, detailed day-of itinerary tailored to your vision and timeline.
1–2 Months Before Your Wedding: I’ll attend your venue walkthrough to review layout, timeline, and logistics. We’ll also meet one more time to transfer all final planning details, so your wedding day runs seamlessly.
Vendor Communication: Throughout this process, we coordinate and communicate with all of your vendors to ensure everyone is informed, aligned, and prepared, so your vision comes to life flawlessly on your wedding day.

We service DC, lower Maryland, and Northern Virgina. We can extend our service area for a small travel fee.

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 8-12 months in advance. This ensures availability on your desired date and allows ample time for consultations and planning.

Wedding planners manage the full planning process and budgeting from start to finish, while coordinators step in toward the end to organize details, direct the timeline, and ensure the day runs smoothly.
Think of us as the cruise director of your wedding — guiding the flow, keeping everything on schedule, and making sure the entire celebration sails smoothly from start to finish. We make sure everyone works as a team!

Coordinators work closely with all of your vendors on the wedding day to bring your vision to life, keeping everyone updated, informed, and on schedule from start to finish.

As part of our Classic Package, we handle the setup of the guest book and gift/cards table. This gives us the ability to float and assist the other vendors as needed, and make sure your vision comes to life. We also stay close to the bride and groom throughout the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
